Event Information

Welcome to the website for the 9th Annual Elmira College Student Research Conference. This year's conference is scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, May 9th in Cowles Hall. This event is open to the public, and everyone is welcome to join us as some of our students present their original research projects.

We are now accepting abstracts for this year's conference. The abstract submission deadline is Friday, April 13th. Please visit the abstract submission page to submit your work. For abstract guidelines, please visit the page on How to Apply.

The conference this year will have two parts: a research poster session, and a session for the presentation of student research papers.  A panel of judges will evaluate each research project, and prizes will be awarded to the top projects. Refreshments will also be served throughout the poster session in the Cowles Hall Rotunda.

We hope you will join us for this celebration of our wonderful students and the ambitious research they do! For more information, contact any of this year's conference organizers:
Dr. James Baer (Communication Sciences & Disorders), Dr. Daniel Clay (Criminal Justice), Dr. Allyson Graf (Psychology), or Dr. Amy Lyndaker (Biology).
