The Chemung County Library District is comprised of 5 neighborhood libraries in Chemung County. Elmira College students can obtain a CCLD user card by presenting a driver's license and an EC ID card. The Steele Memorial Library in downtown Elmra is the closest branch to the EC campus. Visit the CCLD web site to find out about a host of library and community services and events.
