Office 365 University


Elmira College faculty and staff can subscribe to Office 365 University for 4 years for $80 total. To take advantage of this discount you will need to create (or use an existing MS account) a Microsoft account with your personal email address and then verify with your address as explained in the steps below.

  • You cannot use an to sign up as shown below.  
  • Instead sign in to Microsoft with your personal email address. If you do not have one, then create the account, again with your personal email address. 
  • Once you have your account (e.g. [1]
  • Enter the password [2]
  • Click Sign in [3]
  • You will be prompted to enter your email address [1] and [2]
  • Then click Verify [3]
  • You will be notified that an activation email has been sent. 
  • Sign in to your personal email account and open the verification letter from Microsoft.
  • Click the link to the right of Navigate to [1]
  • Click the Continue button [1]
  • If you are ready to buy click the Buy now button [1] and follow the steps to purchase online.
