Outlook Contacts Import

  • You must be logged on to the PC that contains your Outlook Client, which contains a cached copy of your previous mail.
  • Start Outlook.
  • Choose File > Import and Export
  • Choose Export to a file
  • Click the Next button.
  • Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows)
  • Click the Next button.
  • Choose the folder to export from: Contacts
  • Click the Next button.
  • Browse to your Desktop and save the file as contacts_export.csv
  • Click the Next button.
  • Click the Finish button.
  • Log on to your Google Apps at Elmira College account and choose More > Contacts.
  • On the Contacts page click Import to bring up the Import page.



  • Click the Browse button and select your exported file.
  • Click the Import button.
  • The Import page displays "imported all xx contacts". Click the OK button to create your new contacts.
