Submit an IT Help Desk issue
  1. Open your e-mail program
  2. Create a new message and include the title in the subject and a description in the body.
  3. Send a message to helpdesk@elmira.edu
  4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your Help Desk request has been processed.
  5. We in Information Technology will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
